How to Use?

Using FemmiFlow reusable period pads is simple. Just place the pad in your underwear with the absorbent side facing up, then secure it in place using the adjustable snaps. Wear as you would a disposable pad, changing as needed throughout the day. After use, rinse the pad with cold water to prevent staining, then machine wash with like colors using a gentle detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat.

  • Our signature shape features exceptional wing-coverage and a symmetrical flare.
  • Our reusables are incredibly absorbent, rivaling any disposable pad, so you can feel confident wearing them.
  • Absorbency in marked the corner of the the back of each pad, so you don't have to try to remember which is which.
  • Each pad has a unique channel stitch down the centre to help direct flow to the centre of the pad.
  • Athletic wicking jersey next to your skin is as comfy, stays-dry and resists stains.
  • Each pad is backed with soft shell, which is both waterproof and breathable, preventing leaks and keeping you comfortable at the same time.

How To Use

  • Pop the pad into your underwear black side up.
  • Pull the wings under the gusset of your underwear and snap the poppers together.
  • Wear comfortably for 6-8 hrs
  • Interlabial pads are worn by placing the pad between your labia.
  • Infused with sustainable odour control, using non-nano recycled silver. Contains a biocide: silver chloride.

Cleaning & Care

  • After use, rinse in cold water until it runs clear
  • Wash by hand or add to an existing dark load and machine wash up to 40c
  • Line dry
  • Avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying

Fabric Construction

Top layer fabric:

Consist of extremely soft knitted fabric for maximum comfort, made of 100% combed Organic cotton in Jet black color with Antimicrobial treatment, guaranteed for 20 washes.

Middle layer fabric:

Consist of two layers of specially designed 3D absorbent core, extremely soft knitted fabric, prepared from a blend of fine and coarse yarn, made of 100% combed Organic cotton in white color, which ensures maximum absorbency of liquid.


Bottom layer fabric:

Consist of a layer of fine quality of soft knitted fabric, made of 100% combed Organic cotton in Jet black color, laminated with a flexible, thin and long lasting layer of PU coating to ensure zero leakage out of pad.

Snap buttons:

Powder coated, non-magnet, non-nickel stain less steal snap buttons are fixed for maximum no of operations and durability.
